A28 Group was founded by a Finnish partner based on the Costa del Sol, headquartered in Marbella and working across the whole region. We've spent over 25 years delivering new builds, full renovations, and maintenance: more than 100 finished projects back up how we work.

Not every trade on a site is ours, and we'd rather say so: A28 Group coordinates each project with professionals and trades it has worked with for years on the Costa del Sol. What never gets subcontracted is the responsibility — whoever quotes your project is the one who answers for it, whichever crew is on the scaffolding.

Itemised quote
You know what's in, what's out and what each part costs before you sign. No surprises halfway through.
A single point of contact
The same person from the first visit to the aftercare. You don't swap contacts between visits.
Deadlines in writing
Start date and handover date written into the quote, before the work begins.
Permit handling included
We deal with the building permit and tell you what's needed and how long it can take: 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope.
Service in three languages
Spanish, English and Finnish. You talk about your project in your language, not ours.
Aftercare that answers
When the job is done we're still at the other end of the phone. Maintenance is our second line of business, not a favour.
What we do at A28 Group, step by step
It's the same process the homepage sums up in four steps, told with the detail you need once you're actually deciding.
Assessment and site visit
We come to the site, listen to what you want to do and measure the real scope. If you can't be there, we go through it on a video call.
Project and itemised quote
You get the breakdown: what's in, what's out and what each item costs. The visit and the quote are free.
Permits and licences
We deal with the town hall. You know which permit the job needs and how long it can take before you sign anything.
Planning and procurement
Site schedule, crews and materials. Materials are agreed in writing before they're bought.
Execution with regular reporting
A single point of contact and a report with photos of progress every week, so you know how your project is going without getting on a plane.
Turnkey handover and aftercare
Snagging, project documentation and handover. After that we carry on with maintenance, if you want.
One team, responsible from start to finish
We say it in short on the homepage, but it's the foundation of how we work: the same team that does the initial assessment coordinates execution and signs off on handover. We don't subcontract responsibility halfway through, or swap who you talk to between visits. In practice that means a single point of contact from the first quote to ongoing maintenance, and clear communication at every stage of the project — whether or not you're in Spain while it's underway.
