We visit the site, measure the real scope and hand you a quote broken down item by item: what's in, what's out and what each part costs. That's the price the job runs on. If something unexpected turns up once the work starts, it's quoted separately and you decide.

The trades we cover on every project
Every project is coordinated from A28 Group with the trades the job needs, whether in-house or from our network of trusted professionals. You deal with a single point of responsibility; we make sure the right people are on site.
Bricklaying and structure
Structure, partitions, tiling and floors. It's the trade that sets the pace of the job and almost everything else depends on it.
Plumbing and climate control
Plumbing, drainage and climate control, rebuilt from scratch when the job calls for it and sized for what the house is going to be.
Electrics
Electrical installation, lighting and home automation, with the board and the circuits up to Spanish regulations.
Joinery
Bespoke wood and aluminium joinery: doors, wardrobes, kitchens and window systems.
Painting and finishes
Interior and exterior painting, wall finishes and the final snagging before handover.
